Ingredients
- 5 whole Ceylon vanilla beans
- 8oz plain vodka (35%+ Alcohol)
- 1 Glass Jar or Bottle
Preparation
- Slice 5 Ceylon vanilla beans down the middle and cut them into 2 inch segments.
- Place the prepped vanilla beans in an air tight glass jar or bottle.
- Submerge the vanilla beans in 8 ounces of plain vodka.
- Seal the bottle, shake thoroughly, then store in a cool dark place for at least 8 weeks.
- Use your delicious grade A gourmet vanilla extract.
